Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.The return cost accumulated will be the customer's responsibility. If the return is due to our mistake, we will cover the return cost.Claims for items damaged upon receipt must include clear photos of the damage(s). Claim must be made within 3 business days of delivery date. Claim will be voided if the product was used, altered, or etc.All returns will be charged with a 15% restocking fee, unless it is due to our fault. This includes, wrong item, wrong color, wrong style hat, damaged, and etc.
